The Visitation Monastery and the Church of the Ascension in north Minneapolis co-sponsored a pilot program to help nine participants develop their leadership skills. The program began in June 2010 and concluded in the spring of 2011. Prayer, personal sharing and support, reflections on Salesian principles for leadership, and project management skill development were integrated in the program.
